I’ve made about 15 8’ sticks out of b grade 1x4s and it still seems to be working ok.

Beats buying molding

Edge held up great through cutting moulding out of 70' of MDF. Not the biggest challenge, but the bit held up with no loss of cutting and the finished product looks great!

Awesome

Been using this bit for making picture frames and it has definitely met the need. Great design and has held up perfectly with a lot of use. Prob ran about 200ft through in one sitting and it held up great. Just make sure you have a router that can handle and power it.
