Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
