We support global shipping. If you live in a remote area, your parcel may be forwarded to a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking information as a delivery event, and the order should reach you within 24 hours.
For stocked items, we offer same-day shipping for orders received Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday).
