A great way to make joints of variable angles from the same tool setup. This type of joint is called a canoe joint because of the flexibility needed for a variety of angles when constructing a canoe. Every slat on a canoe joins its neighboring slat at a slightly different angle, and this router bits set allows this without a different setup for each joint. Always cut the male side of the joint at full depth. The cutting depth of the female side will determine how much angle is achievable in the joint.

This set of canoe joint Router bits will cut 1/4" bead - male and female joint components with a 1/8" cutting depth. 1/2" shanks.

Has basic bits. Doesn’t have a good curved edge bit, I ended up using the 45 for drawer front edges. Comes with a bunch sizes for inserting drawer panel, etc. Decently sharp, I feel like they could be sharper for less wear and tear on my handheld router.

Great Dove tailing bit, made dozens of dovetails without a hitch.

Happy I bought this. Tried using dowels for an extension for my table saw crosscut sled and they only came out okay. Cut off the dowels and then made slots with this router bit on my Bosch router and they came out terrific, especially since I just purchased the router and never used one before. Bought Ryobi biscuits for the slots and they fit perfectly.

needed this to put a groove in hallway flooring at doorway as we did the hall a few years ago - cut groove for perpendicular strip at doorway - worked great as needed something that wouldn't damage the existing flooring and not have the bearing/nut on the bottom to get into the subfloor
