As the title states, I used this bit to rabbet out the backside of 103ft of LP Smartside facia board. The rabbet was 7/16x 1 1/4 and I cut it in one pass. I did let the bit cool every 4-5ft or so and I cleaned the bit each time I was letting it cool (Rockler Pitch and Resin Remover). I'm very happy with this bit, it performed beyond my expectations.
