This bullnose & cove window stool router bit will cut stock up to 1-1/8" thick and 9/16" deep. The bit's overall length is 2-15/16" and the shank is 1/2".

Works great for half the money

I ordered the 1/2" size shaft T&G router bits but the 1/4" size shaft bits were delivered. Thought I'd try the 1/4" size to see if they'd work so I wouldn't have to return them for the 1/2" size I ordered. The 1/4" bits wobbled so much much the bit kept sliding in the router collet and shook so much I feared the bit would explode. Not a good thing to have an 11,000 RPM bit come out. So packaged up the 1/4" bit and returned to seller. The seller shipped a replacement 1/2" bit to me in a few days. Used the 1/2" bits to make T&G Ipe 3/4" decking with a 2-1/2 HP router. The bits easily made the tongues and grooves in the decking. Trying to get an exact fit between the height so the tongues and grooves is a trial and error processes. Now I need a dry day to install the decking.
